I was promised a running truck in two weeks. $3,499.00, 11 1/2 months and lots of lies. They did not keep their word. My truck is in worse condition than when i dropped it off. Juan Vega promised as a man of his word to refund my money and that was a lie just like him saying he could fix my truck. I hope anyone going here reads all his reviews before trusting any words out of his mouth. This place should not be in business.

We’ve brought my daughter’s 2015 Nissan Sentra to JV Transmissions for a couple of major repairs, first for a transmission issue in the fall, and recently to replace the catalytic converter. Both times they got the fixed up and running smoothly with no further issues. I really appreciate their dedication to making sure the job is done right and making things right for their customers. Appreciate the great work!

I brought my truck in for a transmission repair and it was never actually fixed. After they “finished” the job, the same issues were still there. They kept my truck for over six weeks total, and every time I brought it back, it was the same situation — it would just sit there untouched. No updates, no real progress, just excuses and runaround every time I called or showed up. What made it worse is every visit there were other customers in the same situation, all standing around asking where their vehicles were or if anything had even been done. It honestly felt like nobody was getting straight answers. At this point I feel like I wasted time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting honest communication or actual repairs

⚠️⚠️⚠️ WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE ⚠️⚠️⚠️ This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop. After they repaired my truck, another issue developed that should have been covered under warranty. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, I was repeatedly told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Meanwhile, my truck sat at their shop for over four weeks with no real solution. Every time I asked for answers, I got excuses. They would clear the codes, hand the truck back, and claim everything was fine, only for the same problem to return. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding the warranty work than actually fixing the vehicle. What frustrated me the most was the lack of accountability. If a shop stands behind its work, it shouldn’t take a month of excuses and denial to address a problem. A warranty is meaningless if the business refuses to acknowledge the issue in the first place. Don’t be fooled by the stories about being a family-owned or grandfather-founded business. Good customer service and honest repairs matter more than a sales pitch. Based on my experience, once they have your money, you’re on your own

Honest, hardworking shop of pros. Going from the Toyota service center to J V was a breath of fresh air. They gave me straightforward answers about my car’s transmission issue and had it fixed faster than I expected. I’ll be recommending J V to anyone I know who has transmission problems or just wants their transmission checked for peace of mind.
